Our guidelines for reconditioning of ARBURG Injection moulding machines:
- Renewal or exchange of the following parts through original ARBURG spare parts
- complete disassembling of the machine
- degreasing and cleaning of the machine frame and all aggregates in an automatic washing plant.
- cleaning of the hydraulic tank
- changing of the filter
- checking and repairing of the hydraulic pump
- checking of the toggles and the bolts and if defective - renewal, sealing of the clamping cylinder as well as removing of leakages
- painting of all parts in the original colour when the machine is dismantled
- grinding of the mould platens - if the thread holes are defective - inserting of Helicoil
- checking of cylinder and screw. If they do not conform to the specified tolerances, we exchange them.
- complete checking of the control cabinet and replacing of defect parts by new ones
- replacing of the ball-bearings of the electric motor
- sealing of the control unit
- exchanging of defect hydraulic parts and installation of new hydraulic tubes every 6 years (expiration of validity)
- checking of the screw drive and sealing of the hydraulic motor
- cleaning of the water manifold and sealing
- checking of the temperature regulators, if defective they will be replaced
- calibrating of the machine ways and pump (pressure, quantity, back pressure)
- all machines make a testrun of at least 24 hours
